Chicken, white meat, is the healthier kind of meat and it is used a lot in the traditional Mexican cuisine.

Mexican Chicken Spaghetti
Traditional Mexican chicken recipes are the best evidence that even pasta can be very healthy and refreshing meal and that there is no need for spaghetti sauces and red meat that are rich in calories and fat.
One Package of thin spaghetti
4 Boneless chicken breasts (without the skin)
½ pound (250gr) of feta cheese
One small red onion
One table spoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the chicken breasts until they reach the proper temperature in order to kill any bacteria that may be on them. At the same time cook the spaghetti and peel the avocado, tomatoes and onion. Wash gently but thoroughly the mushrooms and dice them as well as the chicken breasts, avocado, tomatoes, feta cheese and onion.
Mix the (cooled) chicken, tomatoes, avocado, mushroom, onion, feta cheese and olive oil and add salt and pepper. Then cool the spaghetti with the cold water and add the Authentic Mexican fresh spaghetti salsa that you just made and enjoy this great, tasteful and healthy Mexican specialty with your friends and loved ones.
